History
When Harmony Lake Subdivision was established in April 1990 in Oldham County, the county decided to make it the City of Goshen. It is between Harmony Lake and HWY 42, right next to the City of Prospect. This city mostly consist of residential homes and is right along the bank of the Ohio River.
